Emergency Services
The clinic is designed to provide non-emergency services only. Persons needing emergency services should call 911 immediately.
About the Clinic
HTCI provides free medical services for non-emergency conditions through its free medical clinic called HTCI Clinic. The clinic was established in 2017 and has been operating successfully since its inception.
The clinic was designed to serve the needs of the community and has successfully provided services to many patients over the years.
This is a free clinic and any person from the community can receive services. Services are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
Services Offered
HTCI Clinic provides clinical consultation services and some basic tests.
Other lab and radiology services are available on a payment basis through third-party providers. We can provide request orders for these labs only after consultation.
Note: We do not provide any lab services directly. Labs are ordered through third parties on a payment basis.

Appointments
Patients are welcome on a walk-in basis or with a prior appointment.
Prior appointment is recommended but not mandatory.
